"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. "The property itself was quite presentable. Although all of the doors stuck. There were lots of amenities at the property. I think a family of 4 with dogs might be a little cramped. The property is literally in the middle of nowhere, so a vehicle is a must. If the farmer had no dogs himself I would return. But the dogs howled & cried a lot because of separation & boredom. This actually upset me.The communication with the owner was very good."
