"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "The property was great. Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not been cleaned after the previous let. We advised the contact we had been given, and this was done straight away. She was very responsive, and had just returned from holiday, so was not sure what had happened. However this meant that we could not check in properly until 3 hours after we arrived. "
