The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The private garage was a nice bonus. We loved it and would book again.
Only gave lower family rate, just a lot of stairs for littler kids and the beds would be too high. Kitchen well stocked. Good location. Clean. As a party of 4 adults we were comfortable appreciated the 2 full baths. Very easy check in and check out.
Our stay was great. The loft was very clean and located in walking distance from downtown restaurants and market places. Sleeping was quiet. No traffic noise or other disturbances. Absolutely happy with our stay.
The condo was incredibly clean and ready for checking in. The location was perfect, the entire downtown area was well within walking distance. The included garage parking was greatly appreciated too. Will absolutely be booking this again in the future!
Our stay in Traverse was a great time. The city is beautiful and they are constantly adding new fun things. Our condo was very clean and centrally located. Garage parking is tight and due to us both having trucks we had to seek parking elsewhere. Overall our stay was enjoyable.
The unit was very clean. Excellent location. Check out Fogarelli’s for deli sandwiches and wine etc. overall the stay went well except the upper floor had no circulation for ac. Also, it would have been nice to have nightstands that were taller.
This condo is perfectly located for a TC visit - it's an easy walk to Front Street shops and restaurants. Additional advantages are the condo is very tidy and well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. Disadvantages are the size of the garage, noted by others (and truly a challenge) and the size of the living space. We were there with our children and there was no place to comfortably sit and eat together, play a game, etc. It was workable, but not ideal for a family. For a couple or single people with a small car, this condo is a very good option. Also, owner was very professional.
Property was clean, neat and orderly. Property managers communication was excellent and location is perfect. Could walk to downtown front street in a matter of minutes. Clinch park is right across the road and easily accessible. It’s noted but parking is tight. Getting a midsize SUV in the garage was like playing jenga !!
Townhouse is clean and still smells like new drywall which is lovely. My SIL and I went to a show at the Cherry Festival which was walking distance. We also were able to walk to Grand Traverse City Pie Company which I totally recommend. The only challenge was parking her Lincoln Aviator in the one car garage. Very snug!
We enjoyed our 2 night stay in traverse city. The condo is in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with not having water for a short time because of extremely cold weather and a frozen pipe. When I contacted the host. We received an immediate response and it was taken care of very quickly. And the rest of our stay was just fine. The only thing that isn’t 5 star. Is the garage to the unit is extremely small! If you have a large vehicle you will never fit in it. But,we were told before we came it was small. So that is definitely true. We would stay in this unit again. And recommend it.
This was a couples trip July 4th weekend. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, relaxing and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We typically ended our day lounging on the rooftop. Within walking distance is the beach and Front Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The condo provided a beach wagon and umbrella which was nice. There are three flights of stairs if you go up to the rooftop. I earned a “lighthouse” badge on my Fitbit because of them 🙂. The condo has its own garage that is 19 feet long. We had no problem parking our sedan in it but a full sized extended cab truck would not have fit. There may have been additional parking very nearby though. Overall, we thought the property was fantastic and would definitely book it again.
We had a wonderful time staying here during our recent visit to Traverse City. The property is very easy to get to and centrally located. We were minutes away from Front Street and local shopping, coffee shops, diners, restaurants, the water, and the TART biking trails.
The property was accurately described in the listing. The rooms were small, and didn't have very much room for storage (small closets, no dressers to store clothing, etc), but the beds were comfortable and there were enough towels and linens for our family. We weren't able to use the rooftop seating very much due to weather, but the raised tile flooring kept the rooftop dry and very useable. There were some water views despite not being directly on the water.
The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, but we didn't cook during our stay. The garage access was great, but there isn't very much room for more than one vehicle in the area. We have a Kia EV9, and it barely fit in the garage (it is a large 3-row SUV). Smaller cars would fit easily. A Suburban or Yukon XL will not fit in the garage. There was a EVGo charger a block away which made charging an EV very easy in this location.
Communication was great with the property manager. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed during the stay, but the check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy.
We would definitely stay at this location again when visiting Traverse City.
