The Space: Tranquil Waters on Tibbets Lake is a newly built luxury lakefront retreat located in the Forest Lakes Estate area, offering a refined Northern Michigan escape. This thoughtfully designed home features a full stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and an open-concept living space filled with natural light. The expansive deck overlooks the lake and delivers beautiful sunset views, while the seasonal dock is perfect for morning coffee or quiet afternoons on the water. A walkout patio provides additional outdoor living with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a wood pellet grill. Inside, the home offers three bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. The king primary suite and second king bedroom both enjoy lake views. A queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa provide flexible sleeping options. The primary bath includes a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy smart TVs, games, movies, and books, or take advantage of nearby outdoor activities including kayaking, biking, and lakeside evenings by the fire. Conveniently located near Grace MacDonald Park and the Rasho Road Trailhead, the home is just 10 minutes from the airport and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City and the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival.
