Dine and relax on our private rooftop deck, with spectacular sunsets and views of the sailboats on West Bay, Lake Michigan. Ride our bikes on the nearby TART Trail to the charming town of Suttons Bay. Head to Mission Peninsula for wine tasting at the many famous wineries including Chateau Chantal or climb the steps of historic Old Mission Lighthouse and enjoy 3D Lake Michigan views. Drive 25 minutes and explore panoramic views at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (voted one of the most beautiful places in America).

The Space:
TC BayView&Town2 boasts contemporary furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities. The open-concept living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy eating area, perfect for relaxing and gathering with family and friends playing board games or streaming movies on 65" SMART TV. Ascend the spiral staircase from 2nd floor to dining and lounging on private rooftop deck with views of downtown and Lake Michigan.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with large private workspace area and 45" SMARTTV and generously sized closet. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, SMART TV with barn sliding doors leading to walk-in closet. Need additional sleeping space?? We got it, with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Pak-n-Play and high chair available.

Great condo in a great location!

Great location and views

Very close to all downtown shopping, restaurants and the lake. Cool condo layout with garage on ground level and other two floors above. Really liked the roof-top deck. We ate dinner and lunches up there often.

Beautiful home and great location!

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this home in downtown Traverse City. It's so close to both Lake Michigan and the heart of Traverse City that you can easily walk to both. The home is well appointed, clean, organized and the owners are easy talk to if you need anything. Highly recommend!

The condo was new, clean and very comfortable. Great location for walking all of downtown Traverse City. The property manager checked in several times and sent emails with events going on while we were there. Will definitely consider staying again when we come back to town!

We have stayed in numerous places in TC over the years and this is the best! So close to all the shopping and dining that Front St. has to offer. Park your vehicle and walk everywhere. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished.The owners were great and quick to respond to my request for early access to the property. I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Girls Weekend!

My mom, cousin and I enjoyed a girls weekend in beautiful Traverse City. The property was perfectly located to walk to the shops and dinner downtown and venture out to the Leelenau Peninsula for wine tasting, beautiful scenery and a lovely dinner at Farm Club. The living room was very cozy for catching up and sleeping arrangements were perfect, plus was great to have the 2 full size bathrooms. Location was quiet and safe and enjoyed also being close to the water. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Next time will bring my husband for a fall color weekend. Thanks for the great hospitality!

PERFECT PLACE TO START THE NEW YEAR!

The owner was amazingly helpful, thoughtful and concerned about every aspect of our stay. She honored a special request we had with no issues and even sent us links to restaurants and events in town during our stay. We were there for New Year’s Eve (watch the cherry drop!) and the location was fantastic! We had never stayed in TC before so we had no idea how good the location was but we quickly realized how close we were to everything and walked safely everywhere during our stay. There is even a wonderful shop next to the property with a deli, fully stocked wine shop and lots of delicious gourmet foods that we purchased for a fun family happy hour. The condo itself is brand new and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop view of Lake Michigan and made a promise to come back in the summer to appreciate it with a glass of wine for sure! The beds were super comfortable and the parking was convenient. We are grateful to the owners for sharing their home with us over New Year’s, we hope to be back someday soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing Roof Top Deck

Accommodations are well maintained, and the private roof top deck and view of the bay was the highlight of our stay. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Will definitely return.
