Downtown Traverse City Apartment

  • Located right downtown on Union Street, this apartment is within walking distance of all the best that Traverse City has to offer with an on-site parking lot right out the back door. Including Maxbauer's Gourmet Market and Brady's Bar directly across the street. Brady's is famous for their spicy chicken wings and classic bar food. Less than a block away is Blue Tractor, which specializes in barbecue and comfort food. Numerous other bars, restaurants, beaches, and the famous State & Bijou theatres are only a short walk away.

    Both apartments in this historic building are recently refurbished. Please note this apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator access.

    2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with sleeper sofa that accommodates up to 6 people. Washer and dryer, air conditioning, cable, and internet all included. This 900 square foot unit is located in the back of the building, just up the stairs from your on-site parking.
