The guest services referenced in check-in instructions is actually 1.5miles away from the property. That took us a little while to figure out, and we had zero cellular service with Verizon, in that area. So I had to just drive and find somewhere to stop and ask about it. "After several calls about no water in unit and being told someone would call, no one called and there was no water for the toilet, for showers, or any usage. For no one to even contact us back after numerous attempts is ridiculous. I filed a complaint to get a refund and was told someone would call. Still no one has contacted us back."
