The staff was extremely helpful and parking was fine. The room, while clean, had a nasty looking box spring that was not covered. The coffee was good, but it got very loud in the breakfast room when someone from the cleaning staff was speaking with a guest in a foreign language. It was not worth the $200 stay for one night.

Toilet did not flush; walls and floors were overly thin, could hear other guests in their rooms; shower lacked shelf for shampoo, soap, etc. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is fine except for the bathrooms. The showers all leak quite badly onto the floors. In the room we stayed in on our last visit the floor tiles are actually starting to become detached and move around because the floor underneath is starting to rot. They really need to attend to/ renovate the bathrooms. The rest of the rooms are updated and clean.

We stay here often bc of its proximity to family in the area. The shower in our room this time leaked horribly all over the bathroom floor. This room had an unpleasant smell to it. I’m assuming it was due to guests having to use a shower each day that leaks water all over the floor.

We stayed in this hotel for 325$ per night because no other option was available due to basketball games in the city. It was definitely overpriced. It looked like the hotel was recently cheaply renovated. Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was free, but below average. We didn’t have a good rest due to a lot of extra noises.
