The property was beautiful (nice waterfall feature outside), but even more noticeable was how friendly and professional the staff were. It reminded me of how great hotel experiences used to be 30+ years ago.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Front desk staff at check in and throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We were surprised with a room upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected with a variety of choices available. Hotel was clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.
