Erholung pur

Baita Lavu ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhe mit grandiosen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Verwalter Herr F. ist sehr sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Fahrt bis zur Berhütte ist an manchen Stellen sehr eng und unübersichtlich, aber für geübte Fahrer kein Problem. Bis zur nächsten Ortschaft sind es 1,2 km und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Dorfladen gibt's alles was man braucht.

Wenn man sich Erholung wünscht und viel Privatsphäre sowie Komfort, dann ist diese Unterkunft ideal. Eines Vorweg, der Weg ist etwas herausvfrdernd aber nach einigen malen befahren dann wieder eine Routine.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Es war sauber und ordentlich, alles vorhanden was man für eine Woche benötigt. Wirklich genial gelegen, so wie auf den Bildern auch gezeigt. Die Zufahrt ab der Hauptstraße ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber machbar, definitiv, muss man eben schön langsam machen. Einzige Sache was uns aufgefallen war, die Duschkabine ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da könnte man mal was dran tun, ansonsten, wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wunderbare Erholung

Der Standort des Häuschens ist genial, absolute Ruhe mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Alles da, was man braucht und super sauber. Das eingezäunte Gelände ist ideal für Hunde. Man kann direkt vom Ferienhaus loswanden oder mit dem Mountainbike fahren. Die Anfahrt ist entgegen mancher Kommentare problemlos.  R. F. war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder.

Baita Lavu

Het huis was precies zoals vermeld. Prachtig uitzicht, schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Een minpuntje was de weg ernaartoe. Na de 3de keer viel dat ook mee. Wij hebben er wilde dieren gespot. En de schone lucht en de stilte waren een verademing. Vanuit het huis kon je meteen wandelen in het bos. Als je rust en stilte zoekt ben je daar op de juiste plek.

Een heerlijke huis en tuin!

Het huis is zeer ruim, met twee aparte slaapkamers. Er is een moderne open keuken in de woonruimte waar ook een goed werkende kachel staat, die we dit keer niet nodig hadden, het was immers de hele periode mooi warm weer.  Het huis heeft een fantastische geheel omheinde tuin en een formidabel uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore.  Wij hebben opnieuw ernorm genoten en danken gastheer R. en zijn familie voor de gastvrijheid, hulp en prima service tijdens ons verblijf!  Tot ziens, Hans

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist ideal für uns Zwei mit Hund gewesen. Der Garten umzäunt, einmaliger Blick auf den See, himmlische Ruhe und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht ( sogar Salatschleuder, Toaster, Fön). Vom Haus aus kann man loslaufen und ist gleich im Wald. Das Haus war pieksauber und die Heizung war selbst für die kalten Nächte mehr als ausreichend! Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Traum Aussicht in Alleinlage

Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Haus in Alleinlage im Wald mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Alles gepflegt und vorhanden was so benötigt wird, Familie mit zwei Teenager. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Wunderschönes und top gepflegtes Ferienhaus in sehr toller Lage. Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Gigantischer Blick auf den See. Komplett eingezäuntes und liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück. Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Für uns als Familie mit Kindern und Hund bestens geeignet.

Million dollar view

De locatie is hoog op een heuvel, te bereiken via haarspeldbochten en het laatste stukje prive weg is niet voor de teerhartigen, maar je hebt er wel een fantastisch zicht door op het meer. De tuin is afgezet dus veilig voor honden of kinderen. Het huisje is volledig in het bos, er lopen reeen en everzwijnenen rond. Het huisje biedt basiscomfort, neem muggenspray mee want er zijn geen vliegenramen, er is geen airco en de slaapkamer was zeer warm. Heerlijke koele stenen zitbanken onder bladerdak

Ruhige, abseits gelegene Fewo

Die FeWo hat eine längere Anfahrt (schmale steile Piste), dafür sehr ruhig. Bei Ankunft gibt es einen Treffpunkt und der Vermieter fährt zur FeWo vor. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es gibt nur Sitzbänke am Tisch (ohne Lehne)

Traumhafter Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Sehr nette Vermieter. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und alles hat super funktioniert. Der Kontakt war immer hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Haus ist mitten in der Natur. Die Zufahrt ist schon abenteuerlich aber für die Gegend nicht ungewöhnlich. Ideal zum Wandern oder die Seele baumeln lassen und dabei die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und pragmatisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage

Wir waren Ende März dort und trotz der kühleren Temperaturen nachts war der Pellet Ofen völlig ausreichend. Wer Ruhe und schöne Wanderwege sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist beides sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Grandiose Lage - himmlische Ruhe!

Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf den See, sehr gepflegtes weitläufiges Anwesen und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes gemütliches Haus - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Durch das sicher eingezäunte Grundstück war der Urlaub auch für unseren Hund perfekt und die herrlichen Wanderwege starteten direkt am Haus. Rundum zu empfehlen!

Wunderbar ruhiges Ferienhaus

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden, absolut ruhig mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den See hinunter. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unserem kleinen Hund und durch das umzäunte Grundstück sehr entspannend. Man ist mitten in der Natur und kann Rehe und Hasen sehen. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war bestens. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Toller Tipp für alle, die Ruhe und ein tolles Panorama suchen. Steile Zufahrt zum Haus.
