A cosy 37-square-meter apartment, ideal for two people, located on the second floor of a building (NO lift).

The property is located in the heart of Trapani (within the restricted traffic zone), just a short walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Church of Purgatorio, and only a 10-minute walk from the other main attractions in the historic centre.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the bedroom), fans, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The apartment does not have Wi-Fi;

- Please note that there is a step between the living area and the bathroom.

- The apartment is located in a restricted-traffic zone.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Trapani, which is 2.50€ per person per night for the first 5 nights.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight

EUR 40 from midnight00 to 01:30



Check-in is not possible after 01:30, even for an additional fee.
