Casale Sammartano is a charming farmhouse nestled in the peaceful countryside of Ummari, a picturesque hamlet of Trapani. The area is close to major attractions such as the Segestane Thermal Baths and is ideal for outdoor activities like bouldering, horseback riding, and kitesurfing. The location is also particularly convenient for travellers: Marsala’s Vincenzo Florio Airport is just 20 minutes away, while Palermo’s Falcone and Borsellino Airport can be reached in about 45 minutes.
The farmhouse is located in a strategic area for exploring the beauty of Sicily: nearby are Segesta, the enchanting medieval village of Erice, the port for excursions to the Egadi Islands, Castellammare del Golfo, and—about an hour away—Mazara del Vallo, Palermo, and San Vito Lo Capo. All essential amenities are easily accessible within a few minutes by car.
The property consists of three independent apartments, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Each apartment can accommodate up to four people and features a double bedroom, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Two of the apartments also feature a small private entrance to the outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors surrounded by nature.
The farmhouse features a beautifully maintained outdoor area, ideal for relaxing. During the summer months, a shared hot tub is available for guests. The washing machine, located in a common area, can be used upon request for a fee to be agreed upon directly with the owner. A cot is available upon request at no extra charge. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 20 euros.
