"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel...

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. While it is priced higher than many other properties in the area, the value is exceptional—you truly get what you pay for, and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, hospitable, kind, and consistently courteous. The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience. Highly recommended."
