"Hotel is really quaint and done within several very old buildings - as best as possible. Decent accommodations, with the givens of walking up and down numerous stairs, dark hallways, etc. Personnel there ranges from: exceptionally sweet young woman - who carried our heavy suitcases up two steep stairs (no elevator) - to a very unfriendly male. "Beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. We caught the tram downtown and were able to explore Tours quite easily. We had a suite that was so roomy along with a huge bathroom. We used the spa everyday to swim and relax. It was very clean and quiet. The gardens were so well kept and beautiful! "
