Motorcycle Friendly Hotel in Tour.

I had to make an unexpected stop on my way to catch a ferry. I booked my stay through Hotels.com The whole booking and checking in experience was seemless. The Hotel was in a lovely quite area and the staff where super helpful/friendly. The Hotel is Motorcycle friendly.

Nice Hotel,if they had air-conditioning room it would been nice. Unfortunately due to the hot weather it was hot. The hotel receptionist Rafella was extremely good. She helped us providing fan to our rooms and very courteous. Thank you Rafella, keep up your good work.

Great service, okay facility

The room was okay, not very well appointed, but cleam and well maintained. I really appreciated having a fan, it made the warm weather confortable. The pool was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing as it was the reason we booked this location, but the staff was very apologetic. Breakfast was okay, a bit overpriced for what was available, but we only ate one day and it was quite picked over.

The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management.

Hotel à éviter quand il fait chaud. En effet, il n'est pas climatisé et cela n'est indiqué. Imaginez : un hôtel avec piscine et salle de conférence, n'est climatisé !! Tout ce que j'ai eu comme explication "c'est indiqué sur booking". J'ai beau explique que ma reservation a été faite sur Expedia pas booking, j'ai eu le droit à un haussement des épaules ! On m'a proposé un ventilateur qui le bruit d'un marteau piqueur. Ma pire nuit dans un hôtel ! J'ai appelé Expedia pour une réclamation. Ils m'ont promis de me rappeler : j'attends toujours ! Si Expedia ne fais rien ce sera la dernière fois que je réserve un hôtel grâce à Expedia.

C'est un très bon hôtel, propre mais un peu vieillot. Il est bien situé avec le tram à quelques mètres. L'endroit est calme et agréable. Le personnel serviable et professionnel. Le lit était très confortable et les draps ultra propres et repassés. Rien à redire donc. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et offrait de très nombreuses options. Je recommande.

Chambre au 5ème étage, parfaitement climatisée, relativement spacieuse, juste quelques peluches sur le lit. Couloirs bruyants (autres clients qui s'entendent) mais environnement extérieur calme. Les plus : - Le store qui se baisse (noir complet la nuit) - Le petit-déjeuner complet même s'il faut se lever tôt pour les œufs brouillés - Parking en accès libre avec beaucoup de place (en haut et en bas) - Le calme environnant - La clim quand il fait aussi chaud ! Les moins : - La baignoire fuit - La lumière n'est pas idéale pour travailler - L'isolation sonore intérieure est faible
