I am just back from Tours and a stay at Mansion Jules. Fantastic! The place got style and class! It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness. The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral. I can strongly recommend the place.

A beautiful stay at this small chateau which has been restored to excellent levels of decor, service & hospitality. Can’t say enough about this home as we enjoyed every aspect of it. We absolutely loved our stay at Le Gaimont. Our hosts Elisa and Mathieu were so welcoming and friendly and made our short stay truly memorable. The rooms are really comfortable and there are lots of places around the property to relax and enjoy the little haven of peace. Second stay here. 2 nights on the way from Calais to Perigord. Lovely rooms, food and drink. Not cheap but worth it. AC very welcome especially for our ageing Labrador! Pool really good. Not much to do in the village but plenty nearby.

We stayed for one night to break a journey. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, with all the facilities we needed. It's a short walk across to the old part of the city, where the bars and restaurants are to be found (we chose the Mangouste, which was great).

We were welcomed to the hotel by a super friendly host. She told us about the hotel and the local area and showed us to the room. The room was great for 4 - double bed, single and a single sofa bed. It was clean, comfortable, good shower - everything you need. The parking was great as we travelled by car. The hotel is on a brilliant location for exploring Tours. It’s a short walk in over the bridge to restaurants and sights. An excellent hotel. Really pleased we picked it.

Lovely comfortable clean room - special mention for how luxurious the bed felt! Very close to local sights and easy walking distance to excellent restaurants. Slight worry, due to traffic, that we wouldn't make the 7pm check in deadline!

Lovely relaxing hotel will definitely stop again if passing through.

Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby, good for dogs, staff very friendly and helpful

Stayed here before a couple of years ago so knew the hotel was lovely. Free parking is great and only a ten minute walk to town. The pool and sauna are fantastic. The only negative was someone had charged breakfast to our room which took a few minutes to resolve when checking out.
