The rooms were very clean and fresh. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but they did offer us coffee or tea. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our free transport to the airport was right on time. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Very well-appointed rooms

Our rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. As we were there less than 12 hours, I can't say much more, but we have no complaints whatsoever and no reason to believe that we would not have enjoyed the property more (pool, restaurant, etc.) had we stayed longer.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The airport shuttle service was smooth, and the check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free. Only one electrical outlet by the beds, both of us use CPAP machines and a second outlet would have been very useful. Breakfast was quite good, with a wide range of options.

This was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. They close everything on the weekends. They have no room service no restaurant and even if you order a water you have to go down to get it. They only have a single person in the front desk. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice but what a nightmare not having any facilities on the weekend. The airport shuttle is also good. Come here on the weekend and starve the market is like pure junk food

This property was close to the airport for a very early departure the next day. It was very nice, room was great, clean, roomy and modern. Staff were exceptionally helpful. A bus line within walking distance allowed us to travel into the city for a little exploring. Would highly recommend if you need lodging coming or going from Toulousse.
