Roofed, parking space n 35. Dimension: height 175 cm width 200 cm. Shop, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bakery 50 m, café 10 m, pedestrian zone 300 m, pub garden 10 m, bus stop 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, minigolf 36 km. Nearby attractions: Playa de Aro 36 km, Waterworld lloret de mar 15 km, Marinland Blanes 17 km. Hiking paths: Tossa de mar 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
