In the district of Sta Maria Llorell-ticket 15€, in a quiet position, traffic calmed area, 850 m from the sea, 850 m from the beach. Private: terraced garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 10.Nov.) with internal staircase. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Stepped path (45 steps) to the house. Single garage at the house at 3 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Blanes" 15 km, sandy beach "Santa Maria de Llorell" 850 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 30 km, surf school 5 km, tennis 5 km, cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: Tossa de Mar Castle 3 km, Waterworld 10 km, Marineland 15 km, Jardin Botanico Pinya de Rosa 11 km, Jardin Botanico Marimurtra 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom, north facing position and east facing position with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 12\. Please note: suitable for families. TV only ES.
