For shared use: swimming pool angular (25 x 12 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.). In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 350 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 350 m, bakery 350 m, sandy beach "Playa Mar Menuda" 1.4 km. Golf course 15 km. Nearby attractions: Marineland Blanes 24 km, Waterworld Lloret de mar 13 km, Casino de lloret 11 km, PGA Girona 46 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
