"GW2泊しましたが、騒音もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。高知駅周辺まで徒歩20分で行けたので、バスやタクシーを利用せずコスパも良かったです。掃除道具も一通り揃っており、連泊には助かりました。 2段ベッドの揺れが大きかったので、もう少し頑丈な脚組だといいなと感じました。価格帯、オーナーの対応も良かったのでまた機会があれば利用します(^ ^) "

"Pros: free breakfast, a big room, nice staff, LOCATION! Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. "If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Kochi Castle & Hirome Market. Great buffet breakfast featuring specialty foods of Kochi. All the staff here provided exceptional service. Domo Arigato to Yuko who went above and beyond every day in assisting with our Kochi City touring plans. We had a wonderful visit in Kochi! "
