"大人2人子ども2人で2泊しました。事前にメールでの簡単な案内もありましたし、現地到着後も笑顔で対応してくれてスタッフさんの感じはよかったです。Wi-Fi接続後、インターネットに未接続の状態となり、部屋でYouTubeが見れないと息子たちががっかりしてましたが、そちらの対応もしっかりしてくれて2日目は部屋でYouTubeも見れてご機嫌でした。駐車場が少ないようで2泊目は他のお客さんのが早く予約していた関係でコインパーキングに駐めることになりました。コインパーキングのが駐車料が安く結果オーライでした。駅まで徒歩20分でちょっと歩くには遠いのでタクシーを利用しましした。そこまで手間ではないものの往復のタクシー代が2000円弱でしたので、ケチな私としては少しもったいないと感じました。"

"Pros: free breakfast, a big room, nice staff, LOCATION! Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. There was also some kind of club right outside our window that was LOUD until around 2:00 am. It was a close walk to everything we...

"Noisy Japanese male groups didn't close the door and keep talking loud even in midnight. Closing doors without holding the handles was really loud and disturbing at 12am. I understand it was a nice time to hang out with friends but should shut the doors to let other customers rest properly. Do not choose the option with room chosen by the hotel."

"The staff was so kind and patient with the language barrier. The breakfast was really great. I just stayed for a night on my way deeper into the island, but I hope to come back and stay again. "

"If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price."
