It had everything it had an onsen with a massage chair and a laundry room which you can monitor the busyness of the laundry room or the onsen from your TV in your room- brilliant! So far it’s the only hotel we’ve seen in Japan, where they are actively trying to decrease the plastic waste. Instead of stocking all sorts of crap in the room they have it available at the elevators. This is a welcome change.
