The elegant, bright and well-finished apartment located in the center of Tortolì is ideal for a couple as for 4 travelers is composed as follows: Entrance directly into the living area where we find living room and kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Rest on the comfortable sofa with peninsula and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities offered by the flat-screen DVD or CD radio. The sleeping area and separated by a hallway houses a double bedroom with bedside tables and wardrobe and a double bedroom also with a wardrobe and bedside tables with a corner balcony and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen equipped to allow you to cook your favorite dishes, with all the electro-domestic dishwashers microwave oven with grill included. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that offers chairs for 6 people or out on the terrace. Excellent exposure, central Tortolì area 100 meters from banks, supermarkets, businesses and walk in the pedestrian area at night. The apartment has: air conditioner with heat pump inverter, cold and warm in every room, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a water heater and a barbecue to grill the excellent local meat and fish from the Gulf . The guest on arrival will find the rooms ready for use with bath towels (face towel and bidet). Please note that cleaning costs, towels and bed linen are included in the rental cost. Parking is available on site and is private with two indoor parking spaces with electric gate opening. Smoking is allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Un peu trop chère...

Propriétaire très accueillant. Le gros problème de cet appartement c'est qu'il n'était pas du tout aménagé pour cuisiner . 2 poêles dont il était impossible de cuire quoi que ce soit, une cafetière italienne en alu noire et piquée donc pas de café le matin. Seulement 4 couteaux, pas assez !! Casserole n'en parlons pas. Il était indiqué fer à repasser et planche ceux- ci etaint inexistants.... l'appartement se situe au 2eme étage, le soir arrivé au premier les lumières s'éteignaient automatiquement. Immeuble en travaux aucun bruit très calme mais beaucoup de déluge du bas en haut. Le prix demandé est trop chers pour toutes les raisons invoquées .
