Schöne Wohnung im tollen Umfeld

Pros: Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Betten ausgezeichnet. Regendusche im Bad vorhanden. Ausreichend Handtücher. Parken in der Tiefgarage war möglich. Cons: Es erfolgte vor der Reise kein Hinweis auf Sperrung und Arbeiten am Pool die vermutlich auch länger andauern. Nach dem Stromtotalausfall am 28.04.25 wurden die Systeme in der Wohnung ( Internet, WLAN, Therme) L3id3r Es erfolgte vor der Buchung kein Hinweis auf die Sperrung und Arbeiten am Pool, die schon länger andauern. Nach dem Stromtotalausfall in Spanien am 28.04.25 erfolgte leider kein Update in der Wohnung sodass das Internet, WLAN und die Therme nicht funktionierten und wir am Abreisetag kalt duschen mussten.

Tolles Appartement

Pros: Die Betreuung von Spain2home war hervorragend. Schon einige Wochen vorher hat Sonny per Whatsapp Kontakt aufgenommen (in englisch). Bei Ankunft wurden wir schon von ihr erwartet. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Der Fernseher wollte nicht richtig hochfahren, da hat sie uns eine Kollegin vorbei geschickt, die das ruck zuck erledigt hat. Das Appartement hat voll und ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und die vielen Lokale an der langen Strandpromenade haben ein tolles Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Cons: Der Pool wurde gerade renoviert. Gerade darauf hatten sich unsere Enkel so gefreut, da das Meer mit 16 Grad doch etwas zu kalt war. Der Fernseher hat immer wieder mal Standbilder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, vor allem Duna Beach. Nur ein Sonnenschutz fehlte auf der Terrasse. P

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, vor allem Duna Beach. Nur ein Sonnenschutz fehlte auf der Terrasse. Probleme wurden sehr freundlich gelöst und sehr zeitnah. Wir können Vermieter und Unterkünfte sehr empfehlen. Die Autovermietung war Spitze, ohne Probleme hat ALLES mit Marbesol geklappt.
