Spacious modern two-bedroom apartment with communal gardens and pool within easy walking distance of the Burriana beach. The apartment is located approximately 400 Meters and ten-minute walk from the Burriana beach in a modern urbanization with lifts, communal gardens and pool making it an ideal holiday rental property. The property is located on the first floor and comprises of the following; entrance hall, independent good sized fully fitted and equipped kitchen with Electric oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. A spacious light and airy lounge dining area with AC, WIFI internet, TV with Spanish and international programs, dining table, sofa and sofabed for 1 person and access to a large sunny terrace (18M2) furnished with dining table and chairs, sun beds and comfortable terrace sofa and chairs with views over the complex and down to the coast. There are two bedrooms, one large double room with direct access to the terrace, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and a smaller twin with AC; both with fitted wardrobes. There is an option to rent a private garage for 20€/day which is located in the basement of the complex This is a great apartment in an excellent location and is ideal for family holidays for those wanting to be close to the beach. La terraza perfecta. Realmente no hemos utilizado el salón, hemos hecho todo en las terrazas. Las piscinas muy muy pequeñas, pero siempre había poca gente. Muchísimos extranjeros en la urbanización y Nerja en general. Ambiente familiar. Los colchones pequeños no los chequee, pero el grande está muy muy muy sucio... Pondría una funda con cremallera que cubra el colchón completamente y además el protector que ya lleva. Además de una buena limpieza o más práctico, poner colchón nuevo. ##### Mariló ---
