The semi-independent open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, catering to culinary enthusiasts. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), both decorated in an elegant rural style.   
  
Upper floor: Two spacious double bedrooms, each featuring a decor that beautifully blends tradition and modernity.
