### Apartamento Ladera by Solset

Wonderful newly renovated apartment with sea views on the outskirts of Nerja.  
  
The apartment has a spacious living room with a 37" TV, air conditioning and central heating throughout the apartment and access to the private terrace, ideal for breakfast with panoramic views of the sea, free Wi-Fi (50MB symmetrical) and has safe.Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, etc. It has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom with a matrimonial bed with direct access to the terrace and the second bedroom has two single beds. of a bathroom with shower.  
  
The residential area includes common areas such as gardens, community pool accessible by stairs and private community parking for 5 vehicles in total.  
  
The beach is accessible on foot at just 300m as well as the bus stop to Nerja and Torrox and there are beach restaurants in the surroundings  
  
The town of Nerja is 5 minutes by car

#### Quiet, fantastic view and good deal

This was our first visit to the southern coast of Spain and I picked this apartment because of the apparent view from the balcony and the good price. And it was just as good as it looked! Fantastic deal. Very nice welcome from the company who rents out the apartment and great communication over all. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood but Nerja itself is like 2 km away. However there is a nice walk into town along the beach. Also, there is access to the beach just down the road from the apartment, just be aware that everything is quite steep :). The apartment was clean, equipped for renting out - that is, just the bare minimum, but you have everything you need. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view and felt that we had by chance picked the very best location for a holiday in Nerja, which to us was the most cozy town on the coast. Really lovely town!

Der Beginn war etwas holprig. da die angegebene Adresse nicht stimmte und wir ca. 1 Stunde suchen mussten und nur mit Hilfe von Einwohnern das Quartier finden konnten. Der Blick vom Balkon war wunderschön - wie in eine Oase in einer ansonsten sehr steinigen und kargen Gegend. Das Quartier war sehr gut und preislich absolut in Ordnung. Manko waren Ameisen.
