With new kitchen and appliances, part re-fitted bathrooms. It has its own pool and brand new patio along with a foldable glass conservatory area. Very high spec property. The accommodation is equipped with: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, air conditioning in the living room, private swimming pool, private heated swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English), radio. the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. The Resort Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
