Very well organized ! The reception on arrival was quite poor. As there was no phone- or message-response by Joy Kundalia, I had to contact the Villa Solera Service office to get in contact with her and to receive feedback on my questions. This was really necessary as there was no (written) information available in the apartment regarding WIFI-code and functioning of the airconditioning. I suggest the availabilty of a short information leaflet in the accomodation.
