It is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood and is a 10-15 minute walk to the numerous bars and restaurants on the resort and the Boulevard (just outside the entrance of the resort). The accommodation is equipped with everything you need; private garden with own \*pool, garden furniture, barbecue, 1st floor terrace. There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. The house had everything you need and it was all clean. If you are going for a quiet holiday, this area is ideal. You really need a car to visit shops and villages/cities. At the Mar Menor Resort, almost everything you need is available, from supermarket to dining. There is also a strip with all restaurants/bars just outside the resort. The communication was a bit slow, but the service was good. All our questions were answered properly.
