Recently refurbished offering comfortable accommodation in a great location not far from the seafront and town.
The garden flat at Sorrento is a large spacious three bed, two bath flat set in an elegant Victorian Villa.
It is in a quiet location yet very centrally located for Torqay with its activities, beaches and harbour and has its own private off road parking space for convenience and peace of mind.
The flat is perfectly laid out for larger families or a pair of families travelling together:
The main bedroom has a king sized bed with its own ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king sized four poster bed with its own seating area with a leather sofa and a 50" flat screen TV.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
The main family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
The lounge has an L shaped leather sofa as well as a convertible sofa bed and features a 50" flat screen TV. The property also has superfast wifi.
The dining area will seat 6 people and the flat has a well equipped kitchen if you wish to self cater.
There is large communal garden that guests are welcome to use and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs.

The apartment was perfect with all necessary amenities (including bath towels) and was ideally located for access to Torquay sea front. Plenty of excellent pubs and restaraunts within easy walking distance or a five minute taxi ride if preferred. Would highly recommend.
Immaculate and spacious place in centre of Torquay
The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 and immaculately kept. Communication with the owner was clear with sufficient information to make our stay straightforward. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome package left by the owners. The property was very convenient for walking into the centre of Torquay and for driving out to the attractions around the Torbay area. Overall a highly recommended place for a family stay in Torquay!
Very clean and well equipped. Was spacious, We had 6 adults and two dogs and didn't struggle at all. Kitchen was very well equipped and loved the pasta dish left to cook also the bottle in the fridge. Loved the dishwasher and washing machine both had tablets ready to go. Location was close to town but was up very steep hill. We managed fine but not for faint hearted.
Lovely clean modern apartment, will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
