The priory is a newly renovated property in St marychurch 2 mins to precinct with its array of cafes local pubs and supermarkets. 10minutes to babbacombe downs with it’s beautiful views and beaches.
There is off road parking for 2 cars. The priory is on 2 floors on the entrance level there are 2 bedrooms,bathroom,kitchen and lounge diner. There is a terrace entered off of the main bedroom with steps down to the main garden/ sunbathing area.
On thr lower floor there is another reception room bedroom and shower room with access to the lower garden area/hottub from the bedroom
