Small traditional B and B. Hosts were exceptional. There was free on site parking. Would certainly recommend and stay there again. Great 4 night stay. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Arran Lodge. would definitely recommend. The food was really nice and the owner who run the place are extremely warm and welcoming. Will surely come back and stay when visiting the town.

Very warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Homely accommodation. (Stairs to rooms) but we managed with luggage. We only stayed 1 night on our journey but found it lovely and relaxing. Tea/coffee/water available along with toiletries if you forgot to pack any. Good location/safe and walkable to sea front. Parking onsite by request. Would recommend. Thanks for having us. Everything you could ask for. Easy and welcoming at check-in. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean and well appointed rooms. An excellent breakfast, couldn’t fault it. Also a great location, just 50mtr from the train station and bus stop.

No request is too much trouble for the hosts, who go above and beyond to ensure a truly comfortable stay. There are also several wonderful beaches within a 10–20 minute drive, perfect if you’d like to explore beyond Torquay seafront.

We had an amazing stay at Arran Lodge. Dennis and Helena was wonderful and caring hosts. Took time to chat to us and we felt welcome. Very neat and spotless comfortable rooms with necessary amenities and nice breakfast.

Wonderful room, very nicely decorated with nice features like downlights in 3 different areas & a nice ceiling fan/light. Breakfast was amazing, I cannot fault my stay. The hosts were great, I will definitely return when I am next in the area.

The guesthouse is very conveniently located across the road from Torre Station which has an excellent service along the riviera. The guesthouse itself is very well decorated, extremely clean and the people who run it can’t do enough to help, even making us bacon sandwiches on our last morning to take with us as we were catching on early train. We will definitely look to stay here next time we are in the area.
