Also inside the property is a kitchen, sitting/dining room and one bathroom with an electric shower over bath, WC, hand basin and towel rack. The property has car permits available to purchase for £35 a week. Also included is a private enclosed patio area with outdoor seating. 12 Park Hill Road is a fabulous choice for small families seeking a coastal getaway in this exciting South Devon seaside town.
