We really enjoyed our stay! Each guest had their own bed and bathroom which was a huge plus after a full day of travel. Because the property is about an hour outside of the city center, be prepared to explore Newmarket a little more. However, we loved this home. It has everything you need for your trip. Many rooms were locked off limits, and realtor lock boxes were set outside bedrooms so this was not truly set up as a VRBO, but obviously listed as rooms to rent instead of the whole home. Master bedroom was supposed to have King sized beds (photo on the listing), but these turned out to be just twin sized which necessitated quick rearrangements on our arrival. Kitchen was not well stocked (e.g. red solo cups instead of proper glasses), and furniture was all very old, broken down and torn giving us nowhere to sit and relax. The bathrooms were all fairly newly, nicely redone.
