"We were not told we were upgraded to a buffet breakfast and went to the bistro breakfast. There seemed to be a lack of communication. The balcony was in terrible condition. Probably because of expected renovations but not great to look at. "

"I did not use much of the amenities but the room was very clean and had all I needed. The only issue I had was one of the staff members refused to address me and only spoke to my male partner even though the reservation was under my name. "

"This is a very nice hotel. My room was clean, quiet, well-appointed, and a good size. The staff were wonderful; I felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the bed - it was like a foam bed from a box, not very stable or comfortable, and as someone with a disability, it was difficult to sit up on the bed to read because the mattress was too unstable. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay."
