"The location of our unit in downtown Toronto couldn't be more convenient. We were right in the middle of hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit in downtown Toronto. There were also several public transportation options nearby and several restaurants to choose from. That being said, if hearing the sounds of the city (i.e. sirens, cars honking) will bother you, then you might want to reconsider staying here. For us, the sounds of the city were part of the experience. I was a bit worried about getting the keys to the unit and finding the parking we paid for but it all worked out smoothly. A couple of days before we checked in we were emailed step by step directions with pictures for both how to check in and how to park our vehicle. We sent a text when we were 30 minutes away and when we showed up in the lobby, a staff member greeted us within 5 minutes of our arrival (we did arrive a few minutes early). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend them to our family and friends."
