This converted Art Deco manufacturer/warehouse has become the modern icon of style and luxury living. The unit was renovated in 2025 and comfortably sleeps 6\. This spacious condo has a primary bedroom with king-sized bed plus walk in closet. A separate office which expands into a second bedroom. The living room also accommodates a comfortable Queen size pull out. Each room has its own smart TV with wireless highspeed internet. A fully equipped kitchen can be used for entertaining. Or, the unit is a generous retreat and oasis for an individual or couple, it is walking distance to grocery, café, LCBO (alcohol store), restaurant, public library and endless green space with walking and bike paths.
