Direct Access To Loblaws In The Building. Surrounded By Restaurants, Movies, Shopping. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 2 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Guests have an access to Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Steam Room and Gym in the building. Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. \- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as vacant parking spots may be limited. \- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. \- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. ✔ Check-in is after 3PM, check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. ✔ Pets are allowed in the apartment.
