The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Other things to note According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.The minimum age for booking is 18 years. \- Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $20/night ($10 if you book parking for 15 nights or more), please inform if you need parking ahead of time. \- Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. \- We offer Travel Crib (for baby 0-18month) and Bed Rails. 6$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance. \*\*\*Deposit\*\*\* All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. ✔ Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 12PM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. ✔ Pets allowed in the apartment. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. ✔ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. \* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. \*\* NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
