Aquamarine 2bd 2bath Apartment with Balcony Modern Unit with a Balcony in the Heart of Downtown. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with king and queen beds and 2 bathrooms. There is a sofa bed for 2 ppl in the living room. Easy access to TTC, Union Station, Lake Shore and Gardiner Express Way. Steps to CN Tower, Rogers Center, Union Metro Station, Financial District, Bars, Restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, Bishop airport, etc. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 2 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements; if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. \- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night. Please request in advance as it could be booked. \- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan a stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee is $10 per night for 1 pet. \- We have a Travel Crib (for a 0-18-month-old baby) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Please book them in advance. \* Deposit All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500\. If smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: ✅ The minimum age for booking is 18 years. ✅ All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. ✅ Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 12PM. Late check-out may be possible, but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. ✅ Pets allowed in the apartment.
