You’ll feel at home in this luxury 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite, which sleeps up to 4 people comfortably! Perfect for groups, couples, families, and those in town for business. The master bedroom include King-size Bed and second bedroom include queen-size bed. You can also enjoy the panoramic views from the huge balcony. There are extra sheets, pillows, duvets, and towels so you don't have to worry about anything! The bright and airy living room has amazing views and a large flat-screen TV!! It is a great place to relax or entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. you can go to the close-by grocery store and cook yourself a fresh meal. There is one bathroom that features tub. The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries, a hairdryer, and extra towels. There is also a washer and dryer in-suite, as well as detergent, for you to use. High-speed Internet, Wifi, Netflix, ad many more are included. Smoking of any kind inside the unit will incur extra $300 cleaning fees. The penalty for a false alarm is up to $10,000.- by the Toronto Fire Department and we will comply with them and give your details. Cigarette butt damage on the hardwood floor will incur a minimum $1000 penalty.\* 3\. No loud music or noise that would disturb the neighbors • Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am. 4\. Do not use any towels to remove makeup. Any stained towels will be charged to you after your stay. 5\. Not following these rules could result in eviction without any refund. 6\.
