It's what you expect for a sub 200$ a night hotel only 15 mins away from downtown Toronto beds were comfy staff was friendly and accommodating rooms are a little smaller then they look in the picture and yes the outside is rough looking but overall a good stay

Not incredibly fancy of a place but it was good to stay at. The room was clean and neat. No bed bugs!! The front desk was polite. It was easy to find off of the queens way. Walking distance to plenty of fast food places and a shopping centre which was nice. The water pressure in the shower was so nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Price was reasonable, was close driving distance to downtown, room was small but very clean, excellent AC, bed was comfort, staff at the front desk were friendly, our room was the the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. Would stay here again.

the best stay we have had in Toronto, Parking was safe and room was very clean that had needed appliances, air conditioning and heating was also great. Staff was nice and friendly as well.

The room was clean. There was extra towels. The only thing I found hard was the microwave was in French and the microwave door locks so you have to unlock the door before you can open it.

Spent a night there on my way to Montreal. The hotel looked a bit on the old side on the outside, but inside it is in good condition. The room was fine, the bed comfortable, a good night sleep.

Been coming to this hotel a few times already for work and will book there every time from now on. Really comfy bed, clean place at a very decent price while staying anywhere in Toronto is overly priced. There are restaurants around and not too far from grocery stores. Ideal for business trip.
