"I told the staff so hopefully it won’t happen to you. The towels were dirty looking and the sheets were small so it kept coming off. "

"To start it was a Beautiful hotel. My first issue I was given the wrong room. The front desk contacted me an hour into my stay stating they wanted to apologize but I was in the wrong room. Then to top that off two different people a woman from Housekeeping opened the door but apologized because she was nit aware someone was in the room. Then a man knocked on my door and was walking in saying he was from housekeeping and my door was open."

"The rooms were not cleaned the whole time I stayed there which was 3 days. Trash can never emptied no fresh linens or clean towels. Sink did not drain which left water in all the time. They had no security the doors where always left open."

"Breakfast didn’t have a variety but nevertheless it was ok. But the place was nice and neat . "

"The room was very big and clean. Nice shower. Only thing I was not happy about was the lack of restaurants. They need to have more variety. I don't get excited over food courts."
