The front desk staff is so friendly every time we have stayed. We had our dog with is this time and every thing was perfect. My only complaint is how loud the doors slamming all night are and VERY thin walls lol.

The overall stay was very good. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only downsides are negatives were no soap in the dispensers and the shower and a drip, drip, drip occurring in the sink in the bathroom.

the staff is extremely kind & welcoming. i really liked the location of the hotel. the rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable, i was able to fall asleep easily every night.

My famiky and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was a nice . I will say i was a little disappointed to learn that the hotel didnt have microwaves located in the rooms. HOWEVER after speaking with a staff member they informed me that we would be able to use the microwave located in the lobby.

Love the welcoming as you entered into the hotel from the front desk. We especially felt at home as soon as we entered by "Achmed". The amenities, we loved and appreciated every bit of our stay. Any concerns "Achmed", was there to help us resolve it and to handle it. Mall walking distance. Restaurants as well.

My family and I enjoyed our stay . Everything was perfect from the front desk ( polite and professional ) , to the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Our room was very modern with a digital thermostat for the AC which I appreciated .. The furniture and bathroom fixtures seemed newly renovated . No broken furniture or any wear and tear to be honest . The bed was very comfortable . I do wish I didn’t hear that much noise from the hallway of ppl being in and out because the doors closed pretty hard but that was minor and overall great stay. I will stay again.
