"The rooms were not cleaned the whole time I stayed there which was 3 days. Trash can never emptied no fresh linens or clean towels. Sink did not drain which left water in all the time. They had no security the doors where always left open."

"Room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable. I wasn't thrilled with the smell of the towels....they had that smell like when they've been left in the washer too long before they were dried. Also, the drain in our bathroom was clogged a bit, so it drained really slowly and made gurgling noises. Other than that, everything was very good. They do a nice breakfast with great variety. Good coffee, and lots of non-dairy options, as well as providing gluten-free muffins which I've never seen at a hotel breakfast before. Overall, a nice hotel stay."

"We booked and paid for 2 Queen beds. We did not get that. 1 king bed with pull out sofa is what we were given. I checked at desk and they said they sold out. Very confusing as we booked (reserved) two queen beds. How do you give our room away? Sofa bed pretty rough as well. Lady at desk did her best but couldn't do anything. We usually have great stays with Home2Suites. Unfortunately, this was not one of those."
