"I thought the room was very clean until I dropped my lipstick and had to hunt for it. Not good under bed and food under the floating head board. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices."

"Everything was amazing, except breakfast. The breakfast staff was very nasty, because she had to exchange the pancakes batter. I ask for sugar and she just pointed. She didn't talk at all to our party group she looked like she was angry with us. But another couple was there and she talking with them and laughing. Also the shower floor was very slippery, I fell once. Other than that the hotel was amazing "

"Feel welcome every time you stay at the Embassy Suites Holter. Clean room, professional and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very good happy hour time."

"We had to leave after one day as a fuse blew. Once we left the property the host started calling and cursing stating we put hole in the house and we destroyed his basement in which it was locked and we did not access. He stated all this damage was from when a toilet overflow happened, the toilet caused a small puddle we cleaned it up and that was the end. There was nothing broken there was a hole created by a door and we took responsibility for that and he had kept our full 1500 for that repair. He harassed and threatened to call the police. I asked for pictures from before for the basement and he just got angrier and started saying we caused more damage and we didn’t cause any damage.I believed he was trying to scam us into giving more money, I was afraid he would come to my home and hurt me.I don’t know why he kept adding g more stuff that was supposed to be damaged but no pictures except the basement which looks like the damage has been there for awhile.My uncle is a building inspector and he stated that would not happen in one night and from a toilet."
