"I thought the room was very clean until I dropped my lipstick and had to hunt for it. Not good under bed and food under the floating head board. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices."

"Had a confirmation on a room with 2 queen beds. Received a room with one king bed and was charged the two queen bed price. A $20 difference. Luckily we caught the issue prior to leaving and had the problem rectified. The room was not well cleaned, the water out of the sink was milky white and only enough towels for one person. Because we were tired and the bedding appeared to be clean enough and no sign of bed bugs. We stayed the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. I expected much better from a Radisson Hotel."

"parking was secure. clean and safe town. backyard wasn't up to what ad pictures shows. ac unit was loud next to bedrooms. no counterspace on one of the bathrooms. great water pressure in the showers. overall-would recommend staying in and in Schaumburg."
