easy walking distance to resturans and shops. very welcoming staff, showed us places to eat, visit on a map, asked if we had any plans and needed any assistance for driving directions. hotel was very clean and modern styling. decent size rooms. good base for exploring able tasmin nation park.

Mark and John were perfect hosts with endless information about what was in and around the local area. They showed great patience in accommodadting our off and on arrival time! The house was magnificent and the space we had in the garden rooms was fantastic. We honestly couldn't ask them to change anything. Lovely stay and would while heartedly advise anyone to stay here if visiting Nelson.

Great host, very helpful. Immaculate unit which has been recently stylishly refurbished I understand. Unusual to see a hob in there as well plus a microwave. Didnt use the hob myself but a great addition for someone who wants to cook their own meals rather than rely on the very limited food offerings. Would definately stay here again.

Just such a delightful place to stay amongst the vines and citrus trees, à tiny piece of paradise! Mandy and Patrick were such excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble !

Awesome stay. So peaceful. Easy to find off the Route 6 to Motueka from Richmond so perfect if you are driving North West to Nelson and then onto Picton. Rabbit Island beach is at the end of the road.

From the minute you book, you are assured of a warm welcome. On arrival the key was in the door with a welcome note. Just walked in and made ourselves at home. Extremely well equipped with tea coffee washing up liquid, towels and washing powder. Phones in all the units mean you can call other guests or the managers who are immediately available! Probably the first accommodation I have actually stayed in with washing machine and dryer within the unit! Gas barbecue meant we could have a barbecue...

A real gem! The property is wonderful, stylish, comfortable and luxurious. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, a real retreat and treat. Host is very helpful and made us most welcome. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas are well equipped. One regret: we didn't stay longer.

Very spacious place, clean and convenient. Area is interesting, they have their own cave and big garden. Overall area has a lot of attractions. The host is nice and friendly. Parking can be tricky, but totally fine. Recommended!

On arrival we were greeted by Kerry with the biggest smile you could hope,telling us all we needed to know about where to eat and visit etc ,then she took us to our room and showed us the most beautiful view you could imagine right through the patio door,wow!! We felt sorry that we had only booked 2 nights.

Beautiful B&B in Picton. Lovely host. Comfortable and peaceful stay. Good breakfast & comfy bed.

Great hotel close to airport offering transfers if needed. Room was fantastic in every respect shame we only stayed one night.

Another excellent stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, across the road is the Tides Hotel in the same ownership where you can dine, the food is first class with great staff I would strongly recommend staying here.

Spacious and clean room in the lovely town Nelson. The owner was really helpful for us when we were worrying about the ferry and the weather too - we made it across the strait in one piece lol! He was great to interact with and all of the staff were very helpful with recommendations for the area. The TV and cooking amenities were very good too. Thanks for a lovely stay

We stayed at the Kimi Ora for three nights during a hiking trip to Abel Tasman National Park. Views are amazing, and the rooms are comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant (Vegan/Vegetarian only) which was also good.

Nice room, a bit humid, but it is that part of the year when humidity is everywhere. Hosts were nice, Barb is simply great and caring. Parking is convenient, area is quiet and peaceful. It's a simple family like place. They offered fruits from their garden, own jams and honey. Garden is beautiful, we loved sitting and watching the sunset there.
